Job summary

EXPRESS GROUP ENTERPRISE PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly organized coordinator to oversee a remote valet team of 15, managing customer interactions, scheduling services, and ensuring smooth operations during night shifts.

You will supervise drivers, coordinate communications via phone and WhatsApp, adjust schedules for peak hours, resolve inquiries, monitor performance, and prepare daily reports for management, while maintaining a stable remote setup.

Qualifications

1+ year in operations, customer service, or logistics management or strong willingness to learn.
Proficiency in WhatsApp and Microsoft Office for reporting.
Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills for remote teams.

Responsibilities

Supervise, manage, and support a 15‑person valet driver team for effective deployment.
Coordinate customer communications by phone and WhatsApp to schedule services.
Plan and adjust schedules for peak demand hours.
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and operational issues promptly.
Monitor performance, attendance, and feedback to uphold service quality.
Prepare and deliver daily operational reports to management.
Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and satisfaction.
Maintain a stable remote work setup with reliable internet.
