You will move on-demand rental vehicles between carparks in a two-person, valet-style team, ensuring vehicle availability for daily users. Responsibilities include relocation, team coordination, pre/post-trip checks, app-based unlocking/logging, and reporting issues. Qualifications

• Valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 3A Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Age 30+ with good track record.
• Experience in carsharing rebalancing, valet services, PHV/taxis, or logistics is an advantage.
• Comfortable using smartphone apps for vehicle unlocking and job tracking.

Responsabilités

• Relocate vehicles between designated carparks (approx. 15 stops per shift).
• Work in a two-person team: shuttle driver and deployment driver.
• Perform quick pre- and post-trip inspections for damage, cleanliness, and fuel/charge status.
• Unlock/lock vehicles via mobile app, log parking details, and upload photos after moves.
• Promptly report any vehicle issues or low fuel/battery to the ops lead.

About the Role

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented drivers to join our night fleet operations team. Working in a two-person "valet-style" team, you will be responsible for relocating on-demand rental vehicles across various carparks in Singapore to ensure optimal vehicle availability for daily users. Each team comprises of a Shuttle Driver (with a provided vehicle) and a Deployment Driver (the person actually shifting the cars).

Key Responsibilities (Job Scope)

• Vehicle Relocation: Drive assigned carsharing/rental vehicles from designated origin carparks to target destination carparks (approx. 15 carpark stops per shift).
• Team Coordination: Work in pairs-one driver operates the fleet vehicle while the second driver follows in a support vehicle to transport the team to the next location.
• Pre- & Post-Trip Inspection: Perform a quick visual check for body damage, interior cleanliness, and fuel/charging status before moving each vehicle.
• App Logging: Unlock/lock vehicles via mobile app, record exact parking lot numbers, and upload photo documentation upon completing each move.
• Issue Reporting: Promptly report any vehicle malfunctions, low fuel/battery levels, or severe damage to the ops lead.

Requirements

• License: Valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 3A Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Age: Minimum 30 years old with good track record.
• Experience: Prior experience in carsharing rebalancing, valet services, PHV/taxis, or logistics operations is an advantage, but fresh drivers are welcome.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using smartphone apps for vehicle unlocking and job tracking.
• Physically Fit: Able to work overnight hours and adapt to active, outdoor carpark environments.
• Shift Work: Must be able to work any day when scheduled. This is a 365-day operations and you are required to work 5 or 6 days per week. Time: 9 or 11pm to 5am daily.

Other Info

Flexible shift arrangements. Full-Time job. Your salary depends on how many days you work each week. Monthly incentives will be given for good performance. If you can use your own car, van during work, you are to apply as a Shuttle Driver. We will reimburse you for that. Otherwise, all applicants can be deployed to do either work during shift.
