Location - Orchard (Bowling Alley)

Working Days - 6 Days a week

Shift Hours - 2pm-11pm / 4pm-1am (Transport included)

The applicant must be a team player as she/he will be working with many internal/external customers.

Job Duties

1. Greet customers and provide information about center programs, services, and pricing.
2. Answer phone calls professionally and take reservations.
3. Accurately assign lanes and rental shoes.
4. Track lane availability, assign, and open lanes.
5. Input sales accurately at the counter and follow cash control procedures.
6. Assist in F&B operations.
7. Assist in event coordination.
8. Promptly notify mechanic of lane malfunctions.
9. Assist in basic troubleshooting.
