Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day commissary operations and follow production schedules.
• Prepare, portion and pack daily food products according to recipes.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
• Assist in inventory management, FIFO, and receiving of goods.
• Complete production logs and report shortages or quality issues.
