Job summary

TONG HUAT POULTRY PROCESSING FACTORY PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a hardworking delivery and warehouse assistant to support daily operations. The role involves inventory logging, order fulfillment, loading and unloading goods, and ensuring safe handling of heavy items.

You will work night or rotating shifts, including public holidays and overtime, with a focus on excellent customer service, teamwork, and adherence to policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Possess a Singapore Class 3 driving license or able to obtain one.
• Familiar with driving on Singapore roads.
• Strategic and critical thinking with good decision-making and negotiation skills.
• Able to adapt, prioritize, take initiative, manage pressure, multitask and work independently.
• Excellent customer service, communication, problem solving, organizational skills and teamwork.
• Punctuality, meticulousness, and mature work attitude.
• Flexible with shifts, including public holidays, weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs.
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and handling complaints from clients.
• Perform transportation duties as deployed by the supervisor and carry out duties diligently as instructed.
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities.
• Loading, unloading and transporting items to clients in a safe, timely manner.
• Able to carry heavy goods, roughly 20KG - 40KG.
• Night shift / Rotate shift is required.
• Need to work at public holidays, weekends and overtime.
• Assist in ad-hoc duties when necessary.
