Night Shift Caregiver (Assisted Living)

Location: 8 Beng Wan Road, Singapore

Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

About the Role:

We are looking for compassionate and responsible Night Shift Caregivers to join our dedicated team at Sunlight Assisted Living. You'll be supporting our elderly residents through the night, ensuring their safety, comfort, and wellbeing.

Most of our residents are abled seniors who require minimal assistance, but your presence provides reassurance and gentle care when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide night-time care and monitoring for residents
• Assist residents with toileting, hygiene, and mobility when needed
• Respond promptly to calls or emergencies
• Record and report overnight observations or incidents
• Ensure a clean, calm, and safe environment
• Administer simple medication (if trained)
• Support residents emotionally with kindness and respect
• Provide bedside nursing care including feeding, changing diapers
• Basic planning of activities to engage elderlys

Requirements:

• Singaporean, PR, Malaysian, Long term pass holder candidate's welcome
• Physically fit and able to assist elderly residents
• Preferably with caregiving experience (especially with seniors or dementia care)
• Able to communicate in basic English and/or local dialects
• Responsible, patient, and trustworthy
• Willing to commit to night shifts
• Relevant caregiver certification such as healthcare assistant is a plus.
