Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing Singapore PTE. LTD. is recruiting for a Night Shift role to process card applications with a 3 Days 2 Off rotating schedule.

The job is based at Thomson-Sin Ming Ave, Midview City (Bright Hill MRT) with attractive incentives. Primary responsibilities include handling applications, ensuring 100% accuracy, and adhering to SOPs. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong teamwork, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in the assigned scope.
• Good team player with cheerful personality and positive attitude.
• Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and handle high volume of work.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the processing application of card applications
• Ensure that each application is correctly processed with 100% accuracy
• Ensure that all applications allocated is processed within the shift itself
• Responsive to alert Team Leader should there be any abnormality in an application
• Ensure that correct explanation is given, should an application be rejected
• Comply with the SOPs / guidelines / directives or any other official written instructions implemented
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
