Job summary

Julius Baer in Singapore seeks a Multi-Asset Execution Specialist for the Night Desk to quote, execute and book equities, fixed income and structured products across Asia. You will manage operational risk and deliver high‑quality service to Night Desk and Direct Access Clients.

The role requires 5–10 years of relevant experience, proficiency in trading platforms and Mandarin, and MAS regulatory familiarity. Night shifts and public holidays are expected as part of this position.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant working experience
• Proficiency in trading systems and tools, and Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in Mandarin will be required
• MAS licensed representative and regulatory familiarity

Responsibilities

• Ensure fast and accurate quoting, execution, and booking of equities, fixed income, ETDs and structured products
• Maintain strong relationships with Night Desk clients and Direct Access Clients
• Provide market insights and risk management in a high-volume trading environment
• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to optimise service and knowledge
• Maintain records of trades and performance reporting
• Work night shifts during London/US market sessions and on public holidays
