Job summary

AV Facilities Pte. Ltd. seeks a Cleaning Operations Executive to join our team in the Jurong/Bukit Timah area. The role involves supervising night-shift cleaning operations from 8pm to 8am and ensuring high cleaning standards across bin chute areas and the compound.

Candidates must have a testimonial of good service, cleaning experience, and willingness to train; possess leadership abilities to supervise a team, and be prepared for toilet cleaning duties as part of the job.

Qualifications

• Must work night shift 8pm–8am (Sat & Sun off).
• Must have testimonial of good service.
• Must have experience in cleaning bin chute and compound.
• Willing to manage all forms of cleaning including toilet washing.
• Dedicated and team player.
• Willing to undergo training.
• Able to lead and supervise a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a cleaning team during night shifts.
• Ensure cleaning standards for bins, chutes and surrounding areas.
• Coordinate tasks and maintain cleanliness of toilets and facilities.
