Job Description

The Night Auditor, Guest Service is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering personalized service that exceeds guest expectations and differentiates us within the industry.

• Perform accurate check-ins and check-outs for guests daily.
• Answer the telephone in a timely and professional manner.
• Make reservations for walk-in or call-in guests following all necessary policies and procedures.
• Handle cash float throughout the night shift and ensure all floats are balanced accurately at the end of the shift.
• Verify revenue from all sources is accurately balanced and follow up on any discrepancies in the reports.
• Manage guests’ complaints and feedback, resolving them promptly.
• Post transactions as needed.
• Carry out end-of-day procedures and generate daily reports.
• Perform any additional tasks as required by management.
