A leading company in healthcare is seeking a Patient Service Associate for a 1-year contract leading to permanent employment. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service in the Laboratory and Radiography sections. Responsibilities include managing patient appointments, registrations, and performing administrative duties, in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with NITEC and relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant working experience in healthcare/service industry.
• Able to communicate with Mandarin speaking patients.
• Basic computing knowledge and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Job Scope

Reporting to the Laboratory-In-Charge, you will provide excellent customer service to patients in the Laboratory and Radiography sections. You will be responsible for the reception of all appointments and walk-in patients at the laboratory and radiography clinic. Other duties include answering incoming telephone calls, managing patients' registration, assisting in appointment scheduling, and performing general administration and cashier duties.

Job Requirements

• with at least NITEC with 2-3 years of relevant working experience in the healthcare/ service industry
• a positive thinker, and team player with a pleasant disposition
• able to communicate with mandarin speaking patients when needed
• able to work well in a fast-paced environment
• have strong customer service experience
• with basic computing knowledge and willing to learn
• it will be an advantage if you are able to start work immediately
