Job description

At Reapra, we're pioneering an innovative approach to venture building. Our core belief is in nurturing potential founders by dedicating ample time to develop their vision for addressing long-term systemic issues. We view our current startups as the initial building blocks of a brighter future for generations to come. Our primary focus is on individuals and their commitment to solving these very long-term challenges while not relying on trending technology or hot business ideas. This distinctive approach influences how we identify potential founders, initially through in-depth self-exploration, and how we operate internally—setting us apart from conventional companies and VC firms.

Reapra is looking for experienced IT associates, managers who are passionate about providing and developing Next Gen tech support for the organisation and its early-stage investments. The incumbent will be instrumental in supporting the tech needs of Reapra and its Group and will also be expected to develop strong, dynamic IT support for Reapra and its portfolio companies.

As part of the screening process, applicants will go through a discernment process called Intensive Foundation Design (IFD) where applicants will build a model of self-understanding as a personal blueprint to enhance their learning and work. Through this discernment process, applicants will also get to know Reapra's venture building methodology, called Mastery by Co-Creating with Society (MCCwS) to assess overlaps in their career direction with the Company's mission and mission.

Join us to embark on a journey where you will help us redefine the venture space and build future industries!
