Job description

Position Title: New Media Executive

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Location: Orchard Road, Singapore

Responsibilities:

• Plan, film, and edit engaging video content (short and long-form)
• Distribute content across platforms such as TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RED), YouTube, Douyin, Video Accounts (WeChat), Bilibili, etc.
• Understand and apply each platform’s algorithm, ad policies, and content rules
• Join clients or team members for outdoor shoots; occasional travel may be required
• Track performance data and optimize strategies accordingly

Requirements:

• Fluent in both Chinese and English (spoken and written) — must-have
• Skilled in video shooting and editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.)
• Familiar with major social media algorithms and platform rules
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident only

Salary & Growth:

• Base Salary: SGD 3,000 + Commission
• Total compensation can reach up to SGD 8,000+ per month
• High performers may be offered partnership opportunities with the company
