HR & HRIS Operations
Manage end-to-end HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, transfers, etc.) in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate employee records and perform regular HRIS data audits.
Support payroll, tax submissions, and handle employee queries on HR matters.
Ensure compliance with policies and assist in system maintenance with IT teams.
Compensation & Benefits
Prepare annual compensation & benefits survey and benchmark data.
Support compensation review, bonus cycles, and update changes in HRIS.
Assist in compensation budgeting and analyze data against market benchmarks.
HR Operational Excellence
Develop and update HR process guides and SOPs.
Collaborate with HRBPs and COEs to improve operational efficiency.
Generate HR reports, dashboards, and provide data insights for decision-making.
Ad-hoc Assignments and Projects
Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives.
Support audit processes by providing required documentation.
Process HR invoices and ensure timely, accurate payments.
