Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to manage end-to-end delivery of digital loyalty and card-linked offer solutions across Asia-Pacific markets.

You will design client solutions, gather business requirements, and support product enhancements and platform development. You will lead project implementation from onboarding to go-live, oversee platform operations and campaigns, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure timely delivery while

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of digital loyalty and card-linked offer solutions across Asia-Pacific markets.
• Design client solutions, gather business requirements, and support product enhancements and platform development.
• Lead project implementation, including onboarding, testing, UAT, go-live readiness, and post-launch monitoring.
• Oversee loyalty platform operations, campaign configuration, merchant onboarding, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
• Coordinate with clients, regional teams, product, technology, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.
• Support API integrations, technical solutioning, platform documentation, and client reporting and analytics.
• Manage project timelines, risks, vendor deliverables, contracts, and compliance requirements.
• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
