Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to own loyalty product solutions across APAC.

The role involves designing solutions for new client opportunities and clearly articulating them at both commercial and technical levels. You will manage VOX and VOP product lifecycles, support onboarding (offers, merchants, BIN/CAID), configure campaigns, and ensure successful UAT, rollout and post-launch monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Be the subject matter expert for loyalty products and solutions across APAC
• Design solutions for new client opportunities and articulate them at both commercial and technical levels
• Own product management for VOX and VOP: prioritise enhancements, define business requirements, and support releases through UAT, rollout and post-launch monitoring
• Support day-to-day operations of VOX and VOP, including offer, merchant and BIN/CAID onboarding, campaign configuration and testing
• Validate merchant identifiers (BINs, CAIDs, VMIDs, MIDs) and run quality checks on onboarding accuracy
• Troubleshoot platform issues, support production incidents and root-cause analysis, and manage client communications
• Support API, webhook, data flow and integration discussions with clients and developers
• Support VCS pilots and business initiatives, including UAT and production readiness reviews
• Manage vendors, security reviews, penetration testing, SOWs and purchase requisitions
• Manage projects end to end, tracking risks, dependencies, change requests and priorities across multiple concurrent projects
• Support programs across APAC markets
