Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Financial Reporting professional to support monthly/quarterly IFRS reporting and data preparation for IFRS 17 solutions.

The role includes preparing statutory disclosures, reconciling outputs, and ensuring accuracy across reporting components. The successful candidate will have a degree in accounting and at least 3 years of experience in financial accounting, management reporting, and internal controls, contributing to continuous process

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Accountancy or related accounting professional qualification.
• Min 3 years of experience in financial accounting and analysis, management reporting & internal control.

Responsibilities

• Involve in monthly/quarterly IFRS reporting works.
• Prepare input data for IFRS 17 reporting solutions.
• Support preparation of statutory, group, regulatory reporting disclosures.
• Review and reconcile outputs across systems for accuracy.
• Validate reporting outputs and investigate variances with explanations
• Perform reporting analysis and drive process improvements.
• Assist lead in new reporting requests related to standards
• Prepare holding company’s monthly reporting and financial statements
• Handle other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Involve in the monthly/quarterly IFRS reporting works
• Perform input data preparation for financial reporting processes, including actual transaction data and reference data required for IFRS 17 reporting solutions
• Support the preparation of reporting disclosures for statutory, group, regulatory, and other ad hoc reporting requirements
• Review and reconcile solution outputs across systems and reporting components to ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy
• Validate reporting outputs and investigate variances, exceptions, and unusual movements, ensuring timely rectification and clear explanations
• Perform reporting analysis
• Support continuous improvement of reporting processes, controls, documentation, and working procedures to enhance efficiency
• Assist the lead of financial reporting in the preparation of new requests relating to the standards
• Preparation of the holding company’s monthly reporting and financial statements
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job requirements:
