• Assist to understand business requirements and analyse data to support decisions.
• Implement analytical insights into the business process by coordinating functions.
• Propose and implement processing models to support distribution compensation strategies.
• Design, automate, and maintain critical dashboards for business units.

Job description

• Assist to understand business requirements from business case/request and visualisations of business data. Analyse data to identify patterns and draw insights to support business decisions
• Implement the analytical insight into the business process by coordinating different functions and/or stakeholders
• Propose, develop and implement processing models and present the explainable outcomes to support the organisation's operations and execution of key distribution compensation strategies.
• Assessment of new and existing process
• Design, automate and maintain mission-critical dashboards for our business units using available tools
• Manage BAU end to end activities to ensure validations are according to business rule, timely and accurately
• Finance Operations lead/representative for system or tools that support compensation eg new system, system migration, database migration, data structure change etc
• Any other ad-hoc tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Finance/Statistics/Mathematics/Economic or related field
• Minimum 3 years in data analytics and operations preferably in financial industry
• Familiarity with database, cloud, and various FP&A tools
