Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to plan and coordinate maintenance activities for EV charging stations across networks. You will perform routine servicing, diagnose issues, and liaise with contractors and landlords to ensure smooth work delivery.

You will maintain accurate records, update systems, and contribute to monthly reports while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and rapid response to network incidents and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities for EV charging stations with appointed contractors.
• Perform maintenance and servicing of EV chargers across designated models.
• Attend to customer enquiries and coordinate with landlords before maintenance works.
• Maintain records, ensure timely system updates, and prepare monthly reports.
• Monitor the EV charging network through the system and perform basic diagnostics.
• Respond to and troubleshoot hardware, firmware, connectivity and operational issues.
• Liaise with Engineering and Customer Operations to ensure service delivery.
• Manage inventory of tools, spare parts and equipment for site servicing.
• Participate in process improvements and recommend enhancements.
• Support contractor performance evaluations and feedback for quality.
• Standby duties during/after office hours to respond to incidents.
• Undertake other duties to support EV network operations.
• Support team with projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities for EV charging stations with appointed contractors.
• Perform maintenance and servicing of EV chargers across designated charging station and battery-swapping station models.
• Attend to customer enquiries and coordinate with landlords prior to commencement of maintenance works.
• Maintain accurate records, ensure timely system updates, and prepare and consolidate information for monthly reports.
• Monitor the EV charging network through the Charging Station Management System and perform basic diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Respond to and troubleshoot hardware, firmware, connectivity and operational issues affecting EV charging stations.
• Liaise with internal teams, including Engineering and Customer Operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and timely resolution of issues.
• Manage inventory of tools, spare parts and maintenance equipment to ensure readiness for site servicing and maintenance activities.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and recommend enhancements to maintenance procedures, reporting workflows and operational processes.
• Support the evaluation of contractor performance and provide feedback to drive service quality and continuous improvement.
• Perform standby duties during and after office hours to respond to network incidents and support special events.
• Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned in support of EV charging network operations.
• Support team with projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.
