Job Descriptions:
Operate as a trusted advisor to the business by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with hiring teams, as well as function/country leaders.
Provide a tailored end-to-end talent acquisition service from initial briefing through to direct sourcing, screening/interviewing candidates, sharing feedback, and facilitating the offer process, all whilst keeping global SLAs top of mind and adding new value at each stage of the process.
Build strong talent pipelines across a mix of recruitment channels.
Coordinate with team members to ensure speed and efficiency of the recruitment process for the designated region.
Collect and coordinate aggregate data for talent pools and translate the data into insights that drive deliberate action plans at the appropriate levels.
Participate in the rollout of talent acquisition related initiatives and collaborate with People Business Partners and business leaders to understand strategic direction from both function and country perspective.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of strong full-cycle talent acquisition experience.
Experience in Fintech or Technology would be a strong advantage.
Experience in managing recruitment for multiple markets and functions, across all organizational levels.
Experience in all areas of sourcing.
Previous experience in gathering metrics and delivering compelling recruitment insights to the business using data and analytics.
