Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to collaborate with business leaders on contractor hiring needs. The role involves developing recruitment programs, managing a pipeline of talent, and ensuring compliance with labor standards. Ideal candidates will have 5-8 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition across Asia Pacific, with strong vendor relations. Sending resumes in MS Word format is required.

Job description

Job Duties:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand contractor workforce needs.

  • Develop and implement scalable contractor recruitment programs.

  • Maintain a pipeline of pre-vetted contract talent for rapid deployment.

  • Handle end to end recruitment activities from sourcing, screening, liaising with staffing vendors, conducting and coordination of interviews etc

  • Track and report on contractor hiring metrics and KPIs, and maintaining accurate records

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and contractor classification standards.

  • Serve as the point of contact for contractor hiring across departments.

  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on contractor hiring best practices.

  • Partner with Legal, Procurement, and HR to streamline onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition across Asia Pacific, with a focus on contractor or contingent workforce hiring

  • Strong understanding of contractor lifecycle management and vendor relations

  • A consultative, strategic and solution-oriented approach to how you manage relationships with your stakeholders
