Job summary

Ambition est à la recherche d'un Paralegal pour un contrat d'un an au sein d'une banque étrangère établie à Singapour. Le candidat retenu sera responsable de la rédaction et de la négociation des accords ISDA, ainsi que de la gestion des risques associés aux transactions. Ce rôle exige de solides connaissances juridiques et une expérience pertinente en documentation des dérivés, avec un salaire compétitif allant de SGD 7,000 à SGD 9,500 par mois.

Qualifications

• Candidats avec 5-10 ans d'expérience dans la documentation des dérivés.

Our client is an established foreign bank.

Job Duties:

• Drafting and Negotiating ISDA Master Agreements and other related trading agreements with institutional counterparties
  
• Perform risk management, manage counterparty risk, ensuring that agreements align with the bank's risk tolerance and regulatory requirements
  
• Ensuring all agreements comply with relevant legal and regulatory standards
  
• Working closely with internal teams such as legal, compliance, credit risk management, and trading to ensure all aspects of the agreements are thoroughly vetted and agreed upon
  
• Managing and maintaining accurate documentation for all financial transactions
  
• Assisting in resolving disputes related to the interpretation or execution of agreements
  
• Assist in ad hoc Process Improvements
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree and above
  
• Candidates with 5-10 years of legal experience working with derivatives documentation, negotiation
  
• Ability to draft, review and negotiate ISDA agreements
  
• Solid knowledge of principles, practices and procedures in relation to ISDA related negotiation & execution
