Job description

Support the Asia Pacific Program Management Lead in the end-to-end delivery of Early Careers programs, including onboarding, learning and development sessions, engagement activities, and offboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Coordination: Support the Asia Pacific Program Management Lead in the end-to-end delivery of Early Careers programs.
  • Event Support: Help plan, organise, and execute program events such as networking sessions, career workshops, and recognition activities.
  • Assist with drafting and distributing program-related communications to participants, stakeholders, and leadership teams.
  • Maintain program records, track attendance, gather feedback, and prepare reports on program metrics for review by the Program Management Lead.
  • Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, HR partners, and other functional teams to ensure timelines, deliverables, and participant needs are met.
  • Support employer branding efforts, including social media posts, campus engagement activities, and internal communications to promote the programs.
  • Assist with scheduling, budget tracking, and vendor coordination as required.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience in program coordination, HR, talent development, events management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with HRIS or ATS systems is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and able to prioritize under pressure.
  • Use initiative to seek advice, collaboration and support from multiple channels.
