Job description

Job Duties:

  • Lead the implementation of strategic digital initiatives, with active involvement across Agile delivery phases of key Point-of-Sale (POS) platforms.

  • Assess potential solutions and provide recommendations to enhance and streamline business processes supported by digital platforms used by Distributors.

  • Collaborate closely with Engineers, Business Analysts, Tech Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication, understanding of business requirements, and prioritization of the backlog

  • Facilitate requirement discussions and review user stories to ensure business requirements are accurately captured

  • Oversee delivery quality by working closely with Technology and Quality Assurance teams during UAT reviews and sign-offs, ensuring operational readiness for each release.

  • Document and prioritise identified defects, working closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution

  • Support in preparing training materials and communications for new launches / releases to ensure business readiness and drive adoption

  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 years in financial services related industry

  • Preferred experience in digital transformative change and business process innovation, with the ability to navigate large and complex organizations.

  • Demonstrated progressive experience in project management, change management, and operational roles, with prior experience in multi-channel or omnichannel environments within the financial/insurance industry.

  • Proven track record in leading collaboratively by working successfully with others in cross-functional teams to create solutions.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
