Responsibilities
- Partner with internal Partnerships/Benefits teams to coordinate rollout and adoption of existing network and merchant benefits across markets and lead the localization and implementation of such programs to maximize their effectiveness.
- Work with external partners to source, create, and curate new card benefits and limited time offers tailored to market needs and customer segments.
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate and onboard/execute partnerships that align with card value propositions and target segments in target markets
- Support regional management of end-to-end partner lifecycle
- Support markets in monitoring competitive landscape and customer insights to refresh benefits and maintain differentiation.
- Maintain regional benefits inventory, contract repository, renewals calendar, and risk registers.
- Ensure market programs adhere to regulatory and brand guidelines; coordinate with Risk, Legal, and Compliance.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Marketing, or related; MBA or equivalent experience a plus.
- 5-8 years in partnerships, business development, or product benefits within cards, loyalty, travel, fintech, or consumer subscriptions; regional/multimarket remit preferred.
- Knowledge in Payments business, especially credit cards. Experience in a financial institute or in the payments industry is advantageous
- Good analytical, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills with ability to manage stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, independent, self-motivated with good time management
