Your day at NTT DATA

The Networking Technical Services (TS) Systems Integration Specialist is a seasoned subject matter expert, responsible for providing technical support to clients.

This role involves compiling technical specifications clearly and concisely, explaining the advantages and disadvantages of options, and creating backup solutions.

The role aims for professional to expert level certification while developing business knowledge.

What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with clients on-site and remotely to meet complex solution requirements.
• Escalate unresolved problems to relevant third parties.
• Respond to escalated client requests.
• Write reports and proposals; maintain project documentation.
• Assist in documenting standard operating procedures related to installations and fixes.
• Mentor junior Implementation Engineers and Technicians.
• Coordinate activities of junior Engineers, aligning with performance targets.
• Contribute to higher complexity design work, providing input to the design.
• Take ownership of relevant technologies based on domain or specialization.
• Perform other related tasks as required.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

• Professional certifications in Networking technologies (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNP, JNCIS, ACMP).
• Cisco DevNet certification.

Required Experience:

• Experience in technical implementation engineering for Networking technologies.
• Client engagement and presentation experience.
• Report writing experience.
• Project management experience.
• Experience with networking technologies such as routing, switching, Wireless, SDI distribution, core, and access layers.
• Diagnosis and troubleshooting expertise.
