Job summary

NTT DATA Singapore is seeking a Solutions Architect to engage with key end-user accounts, design complex network solutions, and lead presales activities in the Go To Market program. You will craft multi-domain architecture and proposals to win business, while ensuring alignment with client needs and regulatory considerations.

The role requires guiding technical design, collaborating with sales teams, and ensuring a smooth transition from presales to delivery on large, sophisticated projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Cisco professional certifications (CCNP/CCDE/CCIE) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in solution design and presales to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Solution design, client presentations, proposal preparations, RFP and tender bid responses.
• Outline technical architecture descriptions across domains, functions and industries.
• Take responsibility for the overall technical design and build of the solution.
• Be responsible for solution design, business development, and transition of projects from presales to delivery, and sales support.
• Work with Solutions Architects to produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration.
• Participate or lead in scope of work determination, product pricing and RFP/RFI responses.
• Assist with outsourcing decisions, pricing and collaborates with client manager and sales specialist.
• Influence and guide sales team to ensure they are equipped to close deals.
• Manage client POC initiatives and deliver the POC with appropriate resources.
• Use prior technical project lead experience to guide implementation of the system solution.

The Solutions Architect will play a key role in the Clients Network , Go To Market (GTM) program, focused on the largest, high touch accounts in Singapore.

The individual will be required to rapidly engage with the key Contacts within the End User Accounts, and Projects assigned, to establish credibility, to build and nurture relationships based on expertise and demonstrable value.

Primary activities would range from Solution Design, Client Presentations, Proposal Preparations, RFP and Tender Bid Responses.

Outline technical architecture descriptions across domains, functions, and industries, then monitoring and governing the implementation.

Take responsibility for the overall technical design and build of the custom elements of the solution.

Be responsible for solution design, business development, and transition of projects from presales to delivery, and sales support.

Work with Solutions Architects to produce a technical specification for the custom development and systems integration requirements for the solution.

Participate or lead in scope of work determination, product pricing and RFP/RFI responses.

Assist with the determination of outsourcing, product pricing and collaborates with the Client Manager and Sales Specialist to develop an implementation solution.

Influence and guide members of the Sales team and to ensure that they are equipped to close deals.

Manage client proof of concept (POC) initiatives, which will require the involvement of the appropriate resources, and setup and delivery of the POC.

Use previous technical project lead experience to guide successful implementation of a system solution.

Perform a variety of tasks that will directly impact opportunity pursuit and realisation.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s or equivalent degree;

Certification and working knowledge of Enterprise Architecture methodologies (for example, Cisco Professional Certifications (CCNP/CCDE/CCIE, etc.).

Technical Skills Required:

• SDDC Networking: CISCO ACI,VXLAN EVPN, VMWARE NSX technologies etc.
• Cisco Enterprise networking: Cisco Catalyst Switch and Router and SDA
• SD-WAN: Good understanding on Cisco Meraki, Silverpeak, CATO Networks, Viptela
• Wireless Network: Cisco, Aruba, Juniper MIST, Cisco Meraki
• Firewalls: Cisco ASA, Firepower, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and VPN terminologies
• Good knowledge in TCL programming in Cisco platform devices
• Policy Based Routing PBR, Route Filtering, Redistribution.
• STP, HSRP, VSS, CDP and VPN
• NAC Solution : Cisco ISE and/or Aruba Clearpass NAC
• F5 BIG-IP platforms such as Advanced WAF, APM, AFM, DNS, LTM, SSL Orchestrator
