A leading company in robotics technology seeks an engineer to ensure smooth operations of autonomous mobile robots (AMR) in a hospital environment. The role includes monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating on-site activities while providing support in structured cabling installations. Candidates should be willing to learn and adapt to cutting-edge technology while working in shifts.
Due to our expansion, we are looking to hire an engineer to join our team in supporting the smooth operation of robots in a hospital setting and supervise installation of cabling.
The key responsibilities include:
Ensure continuous monitoring of AMR performance via the dashboard to guarantee smooth operation throughout the hospital.
Respond promptly to any operational incidents or issues on the ground, ensuring minimal disruption.
Serve as a key communication point between the project team and ground users, providing regular updates on the status of AMR operations.
Document any issues or incidents in daily log files to ensure traceability and resolution.
Work in rotating shifts (6 am - 3 pm or 1 pm - 10 pm), with occasional weekends and public holidays based on shift schedule requirements.
Receive training on generating error logs using specific software tools.
Be trained to operate and control AMR fleet tasks through dedicated software.
Basic troubleshooting of the AMR robots.
Support structured cabling installations.
On site supervision and provide guidance to sub contractors.
Following up with customers on updates to project status.
