Job description

• Contract 1 yr with g guaranteed bonus and staff benefits provided.
• Mon - Fri , 9 am - 6 pm
• Work location: Town, CBD

Responsibilities

• Providing network support related issues and collaborate with Head Office IT Network team.
• Work with IT security teams to implement and enforce network security best practices.
• Monitoring and managing of system security.
• Analyzing, monitoring and providing reports on IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues across on-premise and cloud environments.
• Set up WAN/LAN interfaces, NAT configurations, and firewall policies to ensure secure and reliable network connectivity.
• Participate and recommend network infrastructures upgrades.
• Participate in network-related incident response and change management.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in Network infrastructure support and projects.
• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related qualification.
• Familiar with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, BGP, OSPF, and other core networking concepts.
