This role requires the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues efficiently. While specific product knowledge is not mandatory, a robust understanding of these technologies and their applications in real-world scenarios is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• L1, L2 and L3 Troubleshooting experience.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network issues related to MPLS, Firewalls, Proxies, and DNS.
• Maintain and configure F5 Load Balancers, including virtual servers, pools, and iRules.
• Conduct packet analysis and isolate network problems effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network disruptions and optimize network performance.

Qualifications:

• Experience with network troubleshooting and understanding of MPLS, Firewalls, Proxy, and DNS.
• Hands-on experience with F5 Load Balancers preferred; F5 Certified Administrator (201) certification is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex network systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and capacity to work under pressure.

Working Hours:

• This position requires shift work based on a rotating schedule, including daytime hours and weekends (e.g., 2 days on, 3 days off, or 3 days on, 2 days off).
