Job description

Overview:We are seeking a skilled Network Security & Troubleshooting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of network technologies including MPLS, Firewalls, Proxies, and DNS. This role requires the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues efficiently. While specific product knowledge is not mandatory, a robust understanding of these technologies and their applications in real-world scenarios is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • L1, L2 and L3 Troubleshooting experience.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network issues related to MPLS, Firewalls, Proxies, and DNS.
  • Maintain and configure F5 Load Balancers, including virtual servers, pools, and iRules.
  • Conduct packet analysis and isolate network problems effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network disruptions and optimize network performance.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with network troubleshooting and understanding of MPLS, Firewalls, Proxy, and DNS.
  • Hands-on experience with F5 Load Balancers preferred; F5 Certified Administrator (201) certification is beneficial but not required.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex network systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and capacity to work under pressure.

Working Hours:

  • This position requires shift work based on a rotating schedule, including daytime hours and weekends (e.g., 2 days on, 3 days off, or 3 days on, 2 days off).
