Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the client’s DMZ network operations and maintain core network infrastructure.
  • Manage and resolve incidents, coordinating with cross-functional teams (e.g., cloud teams) to meet SLAs.
  • Perform fault analysis, resolve issues, update configurations, and optimize performance.
  • Maintain documentation and operational best practices, ensuring alignment with security policies and standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with strong knowledge of cloud networking and network infrastructure.
  • AWS operational experience (System Administrator or Cloud Engineer). AWS certifications (Cloud Practitioner, SysOps Admin Associate, or Solutions Architect Associate) preferred. Advanced Networking (Specialty) is a plus.
  • Hands-on knowledge of firewall, switches, routers, DNS, DHCP, NTP, TCP/IP networking. Certifications like CCNA, ITIL are advantageous.
  • Skilled in diagnosing and troubleshooting network access issues.
  • Prior experience in defence or government agencies requiring security clearance is beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
