Responsibilities:

• Assist with project rollout, review existing setups, and collaborate with project teams, managers, engineers, and customer solutions specialists.
• Provide migration plans and execute scheduled migrations across multiple sites and data centers.
• Review project progress and collaborate on next phases of digital transformation.
• Partner with the Network Operations Center to manage services, including:

a. Collate monthly reports, perform service analysis, highlight incidents, and update incident tracking.

b. Plan and schedule project activities, identify improvements, and review ongoing services.

c. Conduct quarterly reviews on service performance, identify bottlenecks, ensure security compliance, and recommend enhancements.

• Serve as the main point of contact; the NOC team will raise tickets for clarifications.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors.

Role Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline with telecommunications industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in IT/Telecommunications sales.
• Experience with MPLS circuits, Fortinet SD-WAN, SD-LAN, network routing, and high availability resiliency.
• Knowledge of enterprise security compliance and practices.
• Understanding of firewall security and SD-WAN overlay integration.
• Familiarity with enterprise network setup, wired and wireless security, directory services, and root CA.
• This position requires stationing at the customer's premises during project rollout.
• Preferred experience includes Ruckus Wireless APs, Virtual SmartZone, cloud virtual firewalls, and ZTNA.
