Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking a Network Security Infrastructure Engineer in Singapore to support and manage cybersecurity, endpoint security, server infrastructure, and network environments. You will oversee PAM, Windows Server, AD, and network administration, while ensuring security compliance and efficient operations.

The role emphasizes Active Directory, group policy, DNS/DHCP, and Power Automate automation, with a focus on incident handling, troubleshooting, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, or Cybersecurity roles.
• Hands-on experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
• Experience in Symantec Endpoint Protection deployment, administration, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of SecureAge security solutions and data protection technologies.
• Strong experience with Windows Server administration and Windows 11 support.
• Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, CA, and account management.
• Good understanding of network switching and routing, including VLANs, TCP/IP, and network troubleshooting.
• Experience in IT ticket handling and service management processes.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, endpoint security, and access control management.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain PAM solutions to secure privileged accounts.
• Manage, configure, and support Symantec security products and endpoint protection.
• Administer SecureAge security solutions and data protection controls.
• Manage Windows Server, WSUS, and Windows 11 environments - deployment, patching, monitoring.
• Perform Active Directory administration, including user/group management and GPOs.
• Manage network infrastructure: switching, routing, VLANs, TCP/IP, troubleshooting.
• Handle IT security incidents, service requests, and tickets within SLAs.
• Monitor system and network performance and implement fixes.
• Develop automation workflows using Power Automate to improve efficiency.
• Implement security best practices and maintain documentation.
