Job summary

ICON OUTSOURCING in Singapore is seeking an experienced security systems engineer to oversee core platform operations. You will manage firewall infrastructure, EDR health and onboarding, and DDoS/WAF platforms while coordinating with vendors to uphold security.

The role requires hands‑on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls, Carbon Black EDR, Cloudflare DDoS/WAF, and CyberArk PAM, plus a strong grasp of network security and change management.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in enterprise networking and security operations.
• Hands‑on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls or equivalent.
• Experience supporting Carbon Black EDR or similar EDR solutions.
• Experience with Cloudflare DDoS mitigation and Web Application Firewall platforms.
• Experience with CyberArk PAM or equivalent Privileged Access Management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise firewall infrastructure, including health checks, patching, firmware upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Support EDR platforms, including server maintenance, sensor health monitoring, onboarding, and troubleshooting.
• Manage DDoS protection and Web security platforms, including onboarding, access reviews, SSL renewals, rule updates, and vendor coordination.
• Administer PAM solutions, including privileged account onboarding/offboarding, access reviews, password management, and audit support.
• Support security incident investigations, log reviews, root cause analysis, and preventive measures.
• Perform backup management, restoration testing, and documentation maintenance.
• Prepare maintenance reports, SOPs, security dashboards, asset inventories, and audit documentation.
