  • Install, upgrade, and configure hardware and software on laptops and other devices, where required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the setup of day surgery and health screening centers.
  • Monitor system performance, respond to incidents, and optimise IT operations.
  • Work closely with the security teams to ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies.
  • Assist in IT audits and regulatory compliance efforts for medical environments, where required.
  • Ensure that all data handling, transfer, and processing comply with legal, security, and company guidelines.
  • Document IT processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment on IT, network and security related matters.

About you

  • Familiarity with medical devices and healthcare IT systems (e.g., CMS, PACS, MRI, CT Scan, X-ray) is an advantage.
  • Experience working on Fortigate and Meraki is a plus
  • Experience with Windows servers and virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Experience working with ticketing systems, preferably Jira.
