Qualifications
Job responsibilities
  • Analysis of network parameters including related data sets used to assess network risk and failure modes.
  • Development of machine learning models for capacity and other resources. Produce models and analysis that optimally inform the design, operation, and scaling of the global Google Network.
  • Responsible for data integrity, data clean up, data exploration and visualization.
  • Develop future systems, software and tools that facilitate the automation and development of future cognitive network and risk management.
  • Produce analyses to inform the design, operation, and scaling of the global Google Network.
Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in networking or telecommunications fields.
Preferred qualifications
  • Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Operations Research, Engineering, a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Knowledge of critical Google technologies and infrastructure, gained from past or current experience.
