Job Description:

1. Data collection and analysis: Gathering data from various sources and performing thorough analysis to identify trends and patterns for improvement opportunities.
2. KPI tracking and reporting: Developing and maintaining regional/global dashboards/reports to monitor transportation KPIs such as ToT%, average lead-time, and transportation cost.
3. Root cause analysis: Investigating inefficiencies in trade lanes to identify root causes and propose data-driven solutions.
4. Control Tower: Support Network Operation Center (NOC) implementation with vendors across the APAC region.
5. Collaboration and communication: Working closely with cross-functional teams globally for project implementation and improvement.
6. Process Improvement: Coordinate with NOC partners using data insights to implement improvements to drive savings.
7. Drive and track global saving programs.
8. Participates in and may lead project teams. Works under limited supervision.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree or above.
2. Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in logistics, preferably with Industrial control tower management experience.
3. Experience in managing cross-functional groups and working with regional countries.
4. Lean six sigma/Lean experience preferred.
5. Strong analytical skills.
6. Preferred with SAP knowledge (such as TMS, etc.).
7. Proficient in technical skills in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Python.
