Position Requirements:
3 years of working experience in IT Infrastructure Support
Microsoft Windows Server Operating System
VMware Virtualisation
Cisco IOS, network switch, network router, WLC and IP Telephony
Fortigate Firewalls
VLANS, DHCP and DNS
Microsoft Entra Directory
Microsoft Office 365 and Google G Suite
Relevant IT experience in deploying or managing network infrastructure and services.
Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented.
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks under pressure, and experience in working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
Excellent verbal and written English skills.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
ITIL related certifications is advantageous
Microsoft and Cisco related certifications are advantageous
Microsoft Cloud Computing related experiences and certifications are advantageous
Project Management related experiences and certificationsare advantageous

Qualifications:
A diploma or degree in an IT-related discipline
