Position Title: Network Infrastructure Manager
Role Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced Network Services Manager to lead the planning, deployment, and ongoing support of our enterprise network infrastructure. This individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless connectivity, network security, and reliable performance across all business locations. You’ll manage a team of network professionals and work closely with stakeholders to align technical operations with strategic business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Network Planning & Deployment:
Design and roll out network solutions for office, data center, and cloud environments, ensuring they meet scalability, reliability, and security standards. - Team Oversight & Development:
Supervise and support a team of network engineers, assigning tasks, reviewing work, and helping grow their technical skills and knowledge. - Security Enforcement:
Implement and manage network security measures, including firewall policies, VPN access, and threat prevention systems to reduce risk exposure. - Monitoring & Optimization:
Use monitoring tools to track network health and performance. Analyze metrics to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements proactively. - Technical Support & Incident Management:
Act as the escalation point for complex network issues. Coordinate rapid resolution to minimize business disruptions. - Procurement & Vendor Coordination:
Evaluate network products and services, manage procurement processes, and collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality service. - Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain clear and current documentation of network topology, configurations, standard procedures, and change history. - Compliance & Governance:
Ensure the network environment aligns with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Educational Background:
Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related discipline. - Professional Experience:
Significant experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level networks, ideally in a multi-site or hybrid environment. - Certifications (Advantageous):
Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or CISSP are highly desirable. - Technical Expertise:
Strong command of routing and switching technologies
Familiarity with SD-WAN, VPNs, and cloud-based networking (AWS, Azure, etc.)
Experience with network performance tools and security platforms
Understanding of network segmentation, disaster recovery, and high availability setups

- Strong communication — able to translate technical details into business language
- Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to issue prevention
