Job summary

Acknowledge certifications like ITIL and CCNA, with strong TCP/IP knowledge; 2+ years in enterprise or data-centre networks is expected.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in network support, monitoring or troubleshooting in enterprise or data-centre environments
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing and switching including OSPF and BGP
- Hands-on exposure to data-centre switching, SDN, firewalls, VPN technologies and network monitoring tools
- ITIL Foundation and CCNA or equivalent certifications with good troubleshooting, communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across switches, routers and related connectivity services
- Configure and support Layer 2/3 networking, VLANs and routing protocols
- Perform configuration backups, change tracking and capacity or utilisation reviews
- Troubleshoot network availability, connectivity and performance issues
- Support firewall, VPN and other secure connectivity controls
- Administer data-centre and SDN technologies in line with requirements
- Use network monitoring tools to identify faults, analyse trends and support preventive actions
- Maintain network documentation and runbooks; participate in after-hours support rotation
