Network Engineer (WAN) | 1 Year Contract | Up to $4,000 | Central | #FJGE

Location (Nearest MRT): Central

Salary: Up to $4,000 Basic Salary (Depends on Qualification & Relevant Work Experience)

Bonus: Performance Bonus

Duration of Work: 1 Year Contract (Renewable & Convertible)

Work Days & Hours: Mon to Fri, Office Hours + Standby (6th Month Onwards)

Responsibilities:

• Provision, implementation, test and turn up of customer and internal telco WAN services in cooperation with the customer and field services teams.
• Technical point of contact for company internal stakeholders for issues related to service provisioning.
• Technical validation of customer provisioning WAN workorders.
• Remote troubleshooting and fault finding if issues occur upon initial installation.
• Pro-active escalation, follow-through and liaison with appropriate departments to resolve technical issues which may impact delivery timescales or quality.
• Independently leading the migration of circuits.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience handling WAN services.
