Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure.
• Hands-on knowledge of routing, switching and network security technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across network connectivity and performance issues.
• Familiarity with BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, VPNs and related protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage network changes, implementations, and upgrades across LAN, WAN, switching, routing and security environments.
• Monitor network performance, investigate incidents, and deliver timely resolution of connectivity and service issues.
• Support infrastructure security through firewall administration, access control, patching and compliance activities.
• Produce and maintain documentation, procedures, topology diagrams and technical standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors and project teams to deliver infrastructure enhancements.
