Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN networks across airport environments
• Monitor and optimize network performance using tools such as SolarWinds, Wireshark, or similar
• Ensure high network availability to support mission-critical aviation operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, escalating where necessary
• Support network security initiatives, including firewall rule management and access control
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Systems, Wireless, and Security Engineers

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering within enterprise environments (aviation experience highly regarded)
• Strong knowledge of Cisco networking (routing, switching, firewalls); CCNA/CCNP preferred
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and best practices for high-availability networks
• Experience with network automation tools and scripting (Python, Ansible) is a bonus
• Knowledge of protocols such as BGP, OSPF, VLAN, STP, and IPSEC VPNs
