Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Manage network-related incident and change management processes.
2. Handle the commissioning, de-commissioning, and technical refresh of network devices.
3. Facilitate problem solving and collaboration within the team.
4. Ensure the smooth delivery of network operations in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
5. Provide firmware updates for network devices.
6. Ensure network infrastructure compliance with security policies.
7. Maintain asset records and update capacity reports.
8. Update and maintain process and procedural documentation.
9. Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Your Background:

1. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business IT, or equivalent.
2. At least 3 years of experience in network administration and implementation.
3. Good knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP and Ethernet.
4. Expertise in IP-based networking architecture design.
5. Understanding of DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (IPAM).
6. Experience configuring Aruba hardware.
7. Deep expertise in Infrastructure Network and Security, including Routing and Switching, Wireless, Firewalls, and Load Balancers.
8. Hands-on experience with Cisco network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls like Cisco and Fortigate.
9. Proven experience working on large-scale projects.
10. Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute network delivery projects.
11. Coordinate with internal and external vendors, bank personnel, and stakeholders regarding network delivery.
12. Ensure compliance with bank standards, processes, and controls.
13. Document processes, transfer knowledge, and perform handovers.
