Job description

The primary responsibility of the Network Engineer is to build and provide support for server, workstations, and storage equipment.

· Provide first-level troubleshooting of devices, maintenance of laptops and tablets.

· Install and configure operating systems and software for users.

· Assist users with operating system, email, hardware, and software issues.

· Deploy PCs, notebooks, and printers as requested by users.

· Assist in troubleshooting network and wireless connectivity issues.

· Respond to incidents promptly, investigate, and provide temporary or permanent solutions for escalated incidents.

· Monitor Service Level Agreements and provide regular reports in a timely manner to relevant parties.

· Coordinate with third-party vendors or equipment suppliers to resolve problems.

· Good knowledge of Cisco Firewall implementation and setup.

· Good knowledge of cyber security implementation.

· Good knowledge of Windows Server OS from Windows 2000 to Windows 2024.

· Good knowledge of Windows MS SQL Server.

· Good knowledge of Windows Exchange Server.

· Good knowledge of Mdaemon Mail Server.

· Good knowledge of Mdaemon Gateway Security Server.

· Good knowledge of installing Sage 300 ERP System.

· Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
