Integriti Core, a Singapore-based IT services provider, is seeking a Network Engineer with hands-on experience in configuring switches, firewalls and wireless networks. You will support client networks day-to-day, perform standard changes and assist in new deployments, with senior engineers guiding you toward Level 2 expertise.

The role requires 2–3 years of network support or related hands-on experience, a CCNA or equivalent, and solid fundamentals in TCP/IP, VLANs, and routing.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, CS, or network engineering.
• 2–3 years in network support/operations or 1+ year in Level 1 with hands-on networking.
• CCNA certification or equivalent required.
• Strong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, routing.
• Hands-on with enterprise switches, wireless APs, firewalls.
• Familiarity with DHCP, DNS, NAT, IPsec, SSL VPN, 802.1X authentication.
• English communication and clear documentation.

Responsabilités

• Monitor network health and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi/VPN issues.
• Resolve tickets from service desk and escalate to Level 3 as needed.
• Make standard configuration changes under approved change requests.
• Install, configure and replace switches, APs, firewalls, SFPs and UPS units.
• Run firmware upgrades, backups and preventive maintenance.
• Support site surveys, deployments and network migrations.
• Coordinate with ISPs and vendors on faults and RMA cases.
• Maintain network diagrams, IP plans and OS procedures.

Integriti Core is a Singapore-based IT services provider delivering managed infrastructure, security, and end-user support to enterprise and public-sector clients. We're looking for a Network Engineer who has outgrown the help desk and is ready to work hands-on with switches, firewalls and wireless networks. You'll support client networks day-to-day, carry out standard changes and help deliver new deployments, with senior engineers behind you as you build toward Level 2.

What you'll do

• Monitor network health, investigate alerts, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN issues
• Resolve tickets escalated from the service desk, and escalate complex faults to Level 3 within SLA
• Make standard configuration changes under approved change requests: VLANs, switch ports, trunks, port security, DHCP scopes, wireless SSIDs and basic firewall policies
• Install, configure and replace switches, access points, firewalls, SFP modules and UPS units, including rack, stack and cabling work
• Run firmware upgrades, configuration backups and preventive maintenance
• Support site surveys, deployments and network migrations for client projects
• Liaise with ISPs and vendors on circuit faults and RMA (hardware return and replacement) cases
• Keep network diagrams, IP plans, inventories and operating procedures up to date
• Prepare monthly network health and incident reports

What we're looking for

• A Diploma or degree in IT, computer science, network engineering or a related field
• 2-3 years in network support or operations, or 1+ year in a Level 1 role with strong hands-on networking exposure
• CCNA certification or equivalent (required)
• Solid grasp of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, subnetting, VLANs, STP, LACP, inter-VLAN routing, static routing and basic OSPF
• Hands-on work with enterprise switches, wireless access points and next-generation firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, Aruba or similar)
• Familiarity with DHCP, DNS, NAT, IPsec and SSL VPN, and 802.1X/RADIUS authentication
• Comfortable using network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG or Zabbix
• Good communication in English, and the ability to write clear documentation

Nice to have

• Fortinet FCP / NSE 4, Palo Alto PCNSA, Aruba ACA or CCNP (in progress is fine)
• Experience with SD-WAN, cloud-managed networking (FortiCloud, Meraki, Aruba Central) or wireless site surveys
• Basic scripting or automation using Python or Ansible
• ITIL 4 Foundation
