Network Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Collaborate with project teams to design and implement network security solutions using Fortinet technologies.
• Support the integration and provisioning phases of projects involving Fortinet firewalls and security appliances.
• Develop and maintain firewall templates and configuration files to deploy Fortinet security functions efficiently.
• Verify Fortinet configurations and system behavior to align with approved solution designs.
• Participate in integration testing involving devices that interact with or rely on Fortinet products.
• Provide technical consultancy and implement Fortinet’s best practices to optimize deployments.
• Assist clients and internal operations teams with Fortinet product support and business-as-usual activities.
• Deliver knowledge transfer and technical guidance on Fortinet solutions to internal teams and end-users.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including configuration, operations, and troubleshooting guides for Fortinet environments.
• Act as the local escalation point for troubleshooting Fortinet product issues.
• Provide consultancy and strategic advice to clients on leveraging Fortinet technologies effectively.
