Job description

Purpose of Position:

The candidate is responsible for handling hospitals and providers’ statement of accounts (SOA) and the reconciliation of billing submitted. This includes liaising with various internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure accurate billing and SOA. The role helps ensure prompt payment to our providers, manage relationship with the business office of the providers and safeguard the integrity and accuracy of our billings

Key Performance Indicators:

· Maintain a good relationship with all hospitals and providers.

· Minimize rejection of LOG by providers with regards to SOA issues.

· Service Level Agreement are to be met constantly.

· Closing of all escalation within the agreed timeline.

· Set up and implement new protocol within the stipulated timeframe.

· Low complaint rate with regards to the provider SOA

· Ensure accuracy of billing between Fullerton and external partners

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

· Liaising with various internal departments for updating and reconciliation of SOA.

· Update SOA status bi-weekly, or as needed.

· To track and ensure prompt payment to providers and vice versa

· Track and report key functional metrics to contain expenses and improve effectiveness.
