A leading company in the drilling sector is seeking a Cloud Network Support Specialist. The role involves providing Level 3 support with a focus on cloud networking and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in areas such as LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and is expected to manage workloads effectively under pressure.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 3 network support and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute tasks under tight schedules.

Required Skills:

• 3–4 years of hands-on cloud networking experience (Azure preferred / AWS).

• Strong expertise in LAN/WAN, routing, switching, Firewalls, DNS, BGP, IPSec VPN.

• In-depth understanding of :

• Cloud networking infrastructure, hybrid networks, and traffic load balancing.Express Route, Firewalls, Peering, and Application Gateways.

• Network security, monitoring, and private service access.

• Familiarity with SD-WAN and tools like Terraform & Git.

• Knowledge of Aviatrix is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

• Proactive, organized, and able to handle pressure and multitasking.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

• CCNA/CCNP certifications mandatory.

• Cloud certification (e.g., AZ-900 or AWS Cloud Practitioner) is a plus.
