Job summary

Bitdeer is seeking a NetDevOps Engineer to design and implement network automation for a scalable, multi-vendor environment. You will build core platform modules, craft drivers and integrations, and enhance observability for VIP networks.

You will deploy and tune monitoring stacks, manage IPAM and CMDB integrations, and automate configuration changes with validation. Fluency in Chinese and English is required for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in NetDevOps or network automation development.
• Strong network fundamentals: BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, EVPN, Spine-Leaf topology.
• Proficient in Python for network automation; hands-on with Ansible, Netmiko, NAPALM, or Nornir.
• Experience deploying monitoring stacks: Zabbix, Prometheus + Grafana, Telegraf.
• Familiar with IPAM tools (NetBox, Infoblox) and CMDB systems.
• Comfortable with Git and CI/CD pipelines as part of your everyday workflow.
• Familiar with RESTCONF, NETCONF, gRPC/gNMI.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build the core modules of our network automation platform.
• Write reliable, low-level drivers and API integrations for multi-vendor network devices.
• Build and improve our next-generation network observability stack.
• Define monitoring metrics and alerting strategies for VIP networks.
• Develop, maintain, and expose API interfaces for IP Address Management.
• Own the integration between DCIM and CMDB systems and keep it real-time.
• Build bulk config deployment and automated change workflows with validation.
